Tanya was born in Dover, Delaware and lives in Lilburn with her husband Steven and son Steven Jr. She loves working with animals, writing poetry, and working with sign language. She has 4 pets, Jack (Pyrenean Mountain), Jamie (rat terrier), Snickers (chocolate lab) and Pita (DSH).  Tanya is a member of both the Key Club and the Save The Manatee Club. Tanya has a twin sister, as well as 3 other sisters and 2 brothers.

Why she does this: "I like being able to help make and keep animals healthy."

A native of Georgia, Jarod and his family have lived in the Lilburn area for most of his life. He is currently attending Georgia Perimeter with plans to transfer later to the veterinary school of medicine at UGA. Jarod enjoys playing soccer, volleyball, swimming and football. He also enjoys hanging out with friends and watching movies and playing video games. Jarod has one dog, Molly, a chocolate lab and four cats, Chloe, Sam, Amber and Redford.

Why he does this:  "Working with animals gives me a sense of fulfillment and hands-on experience in what I want to do for the rest of my life.  The people at The Village Vets are very nice and helpful".

Jodi was born in Dover, Ohio. She and Larry, her husband of over 35 years, moved to the Atlanta area in 1989.  Both Jodi and Larry served in the United States Marine Corps.  Prior to joining The Village Vets, Jodi worked at another animal hospital for 8 years. Jodi’s hobbies and interests are NASCAR and Ohio State University football. They have 4 rescue cats – 3 of whom were bottle-fed. Their names are Rigges, Reecee, Amelia and Midnight.
